About Us

We are passionate about providing quality, personalised physiotherapy and wellness care in our local community and global corporate settings through the core values we have committed to as a team. Opening our doors in 2007 starting with just one physiotherapist we have grown and excelled, now operating with a team of 20 plus staff with over 30,000 patients on our records, over 170 active club members and over 65 group classes weekly, and catering for all levels and abilities. When you walk through our doors, you will see World Class equipment utilised by all people with all levels of ability, hear experienced coaching and educational messages, and feel a family atmosphere that helps you connect and just be yourself! Oh yes and we now own a coffee shop too so we love seeing our community hang out after their experience at Nextmove....which means you have something to taste too!
We deliver a service based on the collaboration of over 7 health professionals and 5 movement coaches in one location. Our true point of difference is that we CARE holistically. Yes we have Pilates, a gym, a wellness terrace and therapists but we are more aligned with HOW people are meant to feel when they train and move with us. Strength training and movement pattern recognition is a huge part of how we Pre-hab, injury prevent and Rehab at Nextmove. We coach our programs in groups and for individuals based on YOUR goals.
Our Founder and Director Matt Tribble is passionate about creating a goal-orientated approach to all of our clients of NextMove. Matt mentors our team of physios, sport scientists, movement coaches and massage therapists so that knowledge and experience is integrated throughout all of our services. Matt believes in the philosophy of moving clinicians towards a coaching pyramid that offers better care and also the option of cutting edge care. This passion to provide an experience also comes from how Matt has uncovered an understanding of his teams values.
Matt in his earlier years was an international track and field athlete for England, he has worked professionally as head physio for the Perth Wildcats, and has also worked with the British Gymnastics program. These experiences alongside experience working within the NHS in the UK have built an unprecedented knowledge and understanding of the human body and its movement. Matt has recently completed further education in the USA in bringing more movement and biomechanic techniques to Nextmove.
