We work closely with you to provide holistic care, treatment and education about your pain and injury – what it is, how it happened and what needs to be done to ensure 100% recovery. We combine individualised hands-on treatment techniques with exercise prescription to prevent re-occurrence. We strongly believe that we treat you as a whole person rather than an injury and love building strong relationships with our patients, our referrers and the entire community.

Whether you are after a strong deep tissue sports massage or one of a more relaxing nature to de-stress, our remedial massage therapists can help relieve tension, ease those trigger points and help you regain your flexibility (Medibank Preferred Provider).

Clinical Pilates

Improve your movement control and deep muscle strength by joining our Mat or Reformer Clinical Pilates classes. All of our classes are physio-led and our small class size (max 8 for mat pilates and 4 for reformer) allow us to easily individualise your class to suit your needs. All ages, abilities and experience levels welcome! See our timetable page for more info and class times. Physiotherapy health insurance rebates apply.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Improve your strength and fitness with our specific exercise programming within our onsite rehabilitation studio. We offer wellness memberships for those with past/current injuries aiming to get back to more physical pursuits or just to maintain your current mobility levels. An ideal way to get back to full duty fitness from a workplace injury or that transitional gym program before going back to your normal gym, crossfit or sport. For experienced clinical pilates patients, use our clinical pilates equipment unsupervised for an affordable membership price.
